I commenced my professional journey 15 years ago, joining one of Indias largest corporations as an executive and progressing to the position of Assistant Vice President before departing. While my professional trajectory has been deeply rooted in Indias corporate landscape for nearly 15 years, my passion lies in youth development, for which I received training from one of the worlds largest NGOs to conduct youth soft skills workshops.

Throughout these years, both professionally and personally, I have engaged with numerous young individuals. It has become evident that many students make pivotal career decisions influenced by parental and societal expectations, peer influence, and prevailing market trends. In an effort to better comprehend and assist the youth, I recently obtained certification as a Global Certified Counsellor from UCLA University in the USA. This certification equips me to offer valuable insights and guidance to empower the younger generation in making informed career choices.
